“I would like to see that the students are able to come to the town hall meeting and be able to publicize their concerns and let the administration know what their concerns are,” Whitehouse said. “I want them to feel like they can talk to each other and work things out.”
The main panel consists of Gregg Lassen, executive vice president for business affairs; Dr. Peter Fos, provost and executive vice president for student affairs; Dr. Howard Patterson, vice president for student affairs; Ona Tolliver, director of student life and leadership and Shannon Mariani, director of food service.
A second panel consisting of Bob Hepler, director of recreational facilities, Jameson Adams, recreational sports program coordinator, Chip Clark, director of facilities planning, construction, and operations; David Hill, director of residence life and judicial affairs, and Mike Medders, University police chief also plan to attend.
University officials are scheduled to address questions during the open forum from construction, campus facilities, classrooms, dining services, student life, student government and any additional questions related to the University.
Students who wish to remain anonymous during the public forum are allowed to submit questions in writing before the start of the event.
Imput from student’s during last year’s town hall meeting saw Chick-fil-A Express come to the University based on an almost unanimous vote from students.
