Lockout could hurt football fans more than players' bank accounts

Any person with even limited access to current events and American media should be aware of the crisis occurring within the National Football League; but for those left uninformed up to this point, here is a quick recap.

 

The NFL players union and the team owners are under contract with one another to regulate bureaucratic issues, such as salary caps and floors, individual contract incentives, allocation of revenue and so on.

 

That allocation of revenue is basically where the heart of the issue lies.
